Fair use policy

Storage, traffic, and abuse rules so one school cannot exhaust shared capacity (e.g. multi-TB dumps).

1. Purpose

This Fair Use Policy (“Policy”) protects the reliability and commercial sustainability of E-School Management System for all schools. It forms part of the Terms of Use operated by 360 Software House Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (KRS 0001054652, NIP 7252334520, ul. Piotrkowska 262/264/204, 90-361 Łódź, Poland).

2. Storage and uploads

  • Included storage. Unless a written plan, add-on, or order states a higher allowance, each active school tenant includes up to 5 GB of object storage (files, media, and similar blobs stored for that tenant). This is a soft commercial quota designed for normal school operations — not bulk archival.
  • Per-object limits. Uploads are subject to product limits (typically up to 25 MB per general file and 2 MB per certain media assets). Oversized uploads may be rejected.
  • Prohibited storage patterns. You may not use E-School as a general-purpose backup target, personal cloud, video streaming library, or dump of unrelated large datasets. Repeated uploads of identical large binaries, encrypted archives unrelated to school workflows, or sustained growth toward or beyond roughly 1 TB per tenant without a commercial agreement is treated as abuse.

3. Traffic, API, and compute

Automated scraping, credential stuffing, load testing against production without written approval, extreme polling, or other behaviour that degrades shared infrastructure is prohibited. We may apply rate limits and block abusive clients.

4. Email and messaging

School email broadcasts must comply with applicable law and recipient expectations. You must not use the Service to send spam or unrelated commercial bulk mail. Delivery depends on the school’s SMTP configuration and third-party networks.

5. Monitoring and enforcement

If we detect overuse or abuse, we may (stepwise, as appropriate):

  1. notify the school administrator and request cleanup or an upgrade;
  2. throttle uploads, disable non-essential media features, or pause new object writes;
  3. invoice excess storage or require a higher plan / storage add-on;
  4. suspend or terminate the tenant for material or repeated breach after notice where practicable.

We may act sooner without prior notice where needed to protect platform stability, security, or other customers, or to stop clear abuse (including multi-terabyte growth or attacks).

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as capacity, costs, or product design change. Material changes will be notified as described in the Terms (website, in-product, and/or email), generally effective after at least 14 days, except where earlier effect is required for security, legal compliance, or to prevent material cost overrun. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

7. Contact
